Nainital High Court: The court has ordered to immediately arrange the city scan in Haridwar Rudrapur Pauri along with ordering to increase the beds in Haridwar, Haldwani and Dehradun. The court has taken action on the black marketing of the drug and asked to file a report.
Nainital The reply of the Health Secretary of the Nainital High Court State Government regarding Corona is not satisfied. The court has now asked to file the answer with full proof. Taking a serious stand on the corona, the High Court has directed the government to immediately extend mobile testing lab facility in the mountain along with increasing the testing lab. The court has asked the government to be ready for Corona’s third babe. At this time, make the closed school-college as Kovid Health Center, because 500 bed hospitals will not be enough. Instructions have been given to make Kovid Health Center for the third wave of small cities also. On lack of oxygen, the High Court said that before the three plants of the state, the supply of oxygen in the state is complete, after that supply to other places. The Chief Justice Court said that vaccine centers should be removed from Kovid hospitals and arrangements for vaccination should be made elsewhere. The High Court has also directed to make Bhawali TV Sanatorium a Kovid Hospital. The court has sought an action report on the private hospitals that charge more. Also, the court has asked to take help of the central government on buying oxygen from abroad. Let us tell you that the Uttarakhand High Court is hearing the petition of Dushyant Mainali and others and is monitoring the corona. Petitioner Dushyant Mainali said that the court praised the work of the medical staff and said that the medical staff working in limited resources is on behalf of the public.
