Ingredients to make Chingri Malai Curry
400 gram prawn
3 tablespoons mustard oil
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tablespoons ginger paste
1 tablespoon cumin paste
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ghee
1 ¼ cup coconut milk
How to make Chingri Malai Curry
To make Chingari Malai Curry, first boil the prawns in turmeric water. Now heat mustard oil in a pan.
After this, add whole cumin and sugar to it. Then add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder and fry it.
After this, add prawn and green chillies to it and fry it for a few minutes.
Now add coconut milk and cook again for a short time. After this add salt to it.
Serve with rice after adding garam masala and ghee to the seeds.
