Ingredients for making egg biryani
Eggs 6
Ginger – garlic paste 2 tablespoons
1 finely chopped onion
Cloves 4-5
Black pepper powder 5 teaspoon
Bay leaf 2
Cinnamon 1/2 inch pieces
Biryani Masala
Baked plain rice 4-5 medium bowl
Red chilli powder, garam masala, salt
green coriander

How to make egg biryani
To make egg biryani, first boil the egg after adding about 4 cups of water in a vessel and adding a pinch of salt in it. When the egg boils and cools down, peel it. Make 4 pieces of egg. Mount the pan on the gas. Add some oil and heat it. Put the chopped eggs in the pan and fry it by adding light salt and red chili powder. When the eggs fry well, take them out in a plate. After this, wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for one hour. After this, take out their water and put the rice in the cooker. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to it. Add light salt, cloves, cardamom and bay leaf. Then add water and cook the rice till the whistle comes. After this, place the pan on the gas and add oil to it. Then add cumin and mustard seeds to this oil. When it starts crackling, then add ginger-garlic paste, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and stir.

After this, add 1 finely chopped onion and fry it till it turns brown. Add 2 teaspoons of biryani masala, garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon, red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon and stir lightly. Now mix the fried eggs in it. When it is cooked, mix it with whole hands with light rice. Take your egg biryani ready. Serve it by adding green coriander, onion and lemon and enjoy it with raita.
