Large Green Chilli – 5
Gram flour – one and a half cup

Green chili – 4 finely chopped
Mango powder – half a teaspoon

How to make Mirchi Vada
To make Mirchi Vada, first take gram flour in a vessel and prepare a solution that is smooth by adding a little water to it. The batter should be thick enough to make pakoras easily. Add salt, celery, baking soda and mix well in this solution. Now keep this solution covered for a while so that it swells a little. After this, put oil in the pan and put it on the heat so that the oil becomes hot. Add half a pinch of asafoetida and cumin to the hot oil and fry it lightly. Then add green chili and fry it on a light flame. Now add potato pieces, mango powder and mix it well by mashing the potatoes. After this add green coriander, mix well and fry well in the pan.
