Veg Pulao Recipe: Apart from roti, eating rice also has its own fun. This is the reason why some people definitely like to eat rice with roti. So at the same time some people like its pulao, biryani, rice flour roti etc. Whether there is a party at home and or guests are coming, everyone’s first choice is casserole. In such a situation, if you are also planning to make pulao this time, then this time make veg casserole. It is prepared in less time and it is wonderful in taste. So let’s know the easy recipe of making Veg Pulao-

Ingredients for Veg Pulao
2 cups rice
1 cup boiled green peas
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 chopped green chilies
cup cottage cheese cut into pieces
4 bay leaves
2 tsp cashew nuts
2 tsp raisins
1 teaspoon cumin
1-2 cinnamon
5-6 cardamom
2 pinch saffron
6 tsp ghee
1 tsp chopped coriander
Onion and Ginger Paste
salt to taste

How to make Veg Pulao
To make veg pulao, first wash the dry rice with clean water and then cook it in a big vessel and drain its water. Then keep it to cool down. After this, heat a spoon of ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins on medium flame for a few minutes and keep it. Now put more ghee in the pan and heat it and then add bay leaves, chopped green chilies, cardamom and cumin seeds to it. Now add onion and ginger paste to it. When all these ingredients are cooked well, then add paneer, rice and green chilies to it.

After this, stir it well so that the ghee gets absorbed well in the rice. After that add salt as per taste. Now soak saffron separately in a bowl of hot water. When it becomes red in color then mix it with rice. Stir the rice for two minutes and then take it off the flame. Now sprinkle cashew nuts, raisins and coriander and serve the pulao with raita and salad.
