Jeff Bezos will go on space travel within 15 days of his retirement.
New Delhi. Industrialist and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, one of the world’s richest people, will board the first space flight of his company ‘Blue Origin’ to be operated next month. The special thing is that a bid has been made for the seat next to Jeff. In this, an anonymous person traveling with him has been selected. This person has paid 28 million dollars i.e. about 205 crore rupees.
Blue Origin tweeted and said that this money will go to ‘Blue Origin Foundation’. The name of this person has not been disclosed yet. The company said that the identity of this person will be made public in the coming days. According to the company, people from more than 140 countries took interest in the bid to get their seats in space flight.

New Shepherd spacecraft to fly to space on July 20Recently on Instagram, Bezos said that he, his brother and the winner of an ongoing auction will be aboard Blue Origin’s ‘New Shepherd’ spacecraft which is scheduled to take off on July 20. In this trip, there will be a brief trip to space from Texas. The anniversary of Apollo 11’s arrival on the moon is also celebrated on 20 July.
Bezos said in early February that he wanted to step down as Amazon CEO to give more time to other tasks and focus on his company Blue Origin.
Bezos said on Instagram, “Looking at Earth from space changes you, it changes your relationship with the planet. I want to board this flight because it is something that I always wanted to do in my life. It’s a thrill. This is very important for me.
Auction bidding for seats in the New Shepherd vehicle ended on Saturday. The winning bid was priced at approximately $2.8 million, with over 6,000 participants from 143 countries.
