Ingredients for Tomato Chaat
4 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup boiled white peas
a boiled potato
a sliced ​​onion
one teaspoon finely chopped ginger
three to four finely chopped green chilies
finely chopped coriander
one teaspoon lemon juice
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
one teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
tamarind chutney (according to taste)
1/2 tsp (according to taste) coriander chutney
salt to taste
4 tbsp oil or desi ghee

How to make Tomato Chaat
To make tomato chaat, first heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add ginger, green chilies and onions and fry the onions till they turn pink. Now add tomato and 1/2 tsp salt and cook on low flame for five minutes. Then add garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder and fry it on medium flame for two to three minutes while stirring. Now add potatoes to it and fry for two minutes. After this, add boiled peas, half a cup of water and cook it on low flame for two minutes. After this, add green chutney, sour sweet chutney, green coriander and black salt as per taste and then switch off the gas. Now put the prepared ingredients in a kulhad or plate, then pour finely chopped onion, chilli and green coriander over it and serve hot.
