1. Eat food in small pieces
If you take heavy meal in breakfast, lunch and dinner, then it is better that you divide your total meal into 5 to 6 parts. Avoid long gap between meals. So that the pressure does not fall, keep eating something or the other in small pieces throughout the day. You can also do this method to control diabetes.
Consumption of salt in excess is harmful for health, but people who have low blood pressure need salt. Apart from the natural salt, they should definitely consume a teaspoon of salt throughout the day. If you do exercise in summer, then always carry a pinch of salt in lemon water. If you are feeling low, then consume this drink immediately, you will get relief.

3. Drink more water
Drink liquid as much as possible. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water every day and apart from this, keep drinking coconut water, bael syrup, mango leaves, lemon water etc.
4. Drink Coffee
If your BP is getting low, then drink coffee or tea immediately. This will temporarily normalize your blood pressure and you will feel better.
5. Basil leaves
Tulsi contains potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, which regulate blood pressure, so as soon as your BP is low, chew 4 to 5 basil leaves. You will get immediate relief.
6. Almond milk
Soak 4 to 5 almonds in water at night and boil them in water in the morning to cool and grind them and drink. This will control your blood pressure.
Soak dry grapes in water overnight and consume it in the morning. Blood pressure will not fall.
