Ingredients for making Parwal Sweets
Parwal peeled and cut from the middle – 250 grams
Mawa – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Almonds – 4
Pistachios – 4
Milk Powder – 2 tsp
Soda bicarbonate – a pinch
Saffron – a pinch

How to make Parwal Sweets
To make Parwal sweet, first of all, stuffing has to be prepared. For this, roast the khoya in a pan. After this, add half a cup of sugar to it and keep roasting on low flame. Now put the remaining sugar in another pan and mix it and prepare thin syrup. Add green cardamom to the khoya. Now keep the khoya on the flame, turn off the flame. Then add finely chopped almonds and pistachios to it. After that add milk powder to it. Then take out this mixture in a plate and keep it to cool down. Now fill water in a pan and mix soda bicarbonate in it. When the water starts boiling, add parwal to it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the gas and take out the parwal and drain its water.

Then cover these parwals in a wire syrup for about 1 hour, so that they become completely sweet after drowning in the syrup. You will see the color of the parwal changing in a while. After this take out the parwal and fill it with khoya mixture. Garnish with saffron threads on top. You can keep Parwal sweets in the fridge and eat them for a week.
