Practicing Pawanmuktasana Kriya is very easy. First of all, lie down on the ground and keep in mind that both the feet are in a straight line and keep the hands by the side. Taking a deep breath, while releasing it, bring your knees towards the chest and press the thighs on your stomach. Clasp your hands around the feet in such a way that you are resting your knees.

It is very easy to do this asana. To do this, first of all lie down on the ground. Keep both the hands at an angle of 180 degrees or in line with the shoulders. Now while exhaling, while lifting the right hip, bend the back to the left and take the right knee down on the ground. During this both your hands should remain in their place.
