ingredients for making tacos
2-3 tbsp sour cream
2 jalapenos
2 green chilies
1 tsp tomato puree
1 red onion
1/3 capsicum
100 grams paneer
150 grams rajma
1.5 tbsp olive oil
2-3 garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 green tomatoes
1.5 tsp black pepper
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 lettuce
50 grams cheddar cheese

how to make tacos
To make tacos, heat olive oil in a pan and add capsicum, onion, garlic, green chilies and fry them well. Add rajma to this mixture as well as put the grated paneer in the pan. After this add cumin, chili powder and mix all the ingredients well.

Add a teaspoon of tomato puree to this mixture. Also add salt, capsicum, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

Make a salsa by mixing two green tomatoes, 1.5 tsp olive oil, a big pinch of salt and a small coriander in this mixture. Your taco is ready.
