Egg Curry Recipe: You can enjoy egg curry recipe in lunch or dinner. Before this, you must have made eggs in many ways, but this time try the recipe of egg curry. It is very tasty to eat. It is made by adding boiled eggs to a spicy gravy. Also, tempering of urad dal is applied in it. The tempering of red chillies and urad dal gives a distinct flavor to the egg curry. Whether to serve egg curry with plain roti or eat it with paratha, rice, biryani, pulao, it tastes delicious in every way. Let me tell you how to make it.

Ingredients for Egg Curry
4 eggs (boiled)
2 tbsp oil
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 onions (cut into pieces)
1 peeled ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
kg tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp green coriander
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp urad dal

How to make Egg Curry
First boil the eggs and peel them and keep them aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds to it and let them crackle. Now add onion and ginger to it. Now let the onion become soft and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Now add turmeric and red chili powder and stir it well. Add tomatoes and salt to it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes. After this add green coriander and eggs in it. On the other hand, for tempering, put 1 tablespoon urad dal in hot oil and fry it till it becomes crispy. Now spread this tempering on the curry. Your hot egg curry is ready.
