Ingredients for making Pickle Paratha
leftover mango pickle
Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Flour – 2 1/2 cups
Ghee or oil – 1 1/2 tbsp
Potato – 2 for the boiled stuffing
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
How to make Pickle Paratha
To make pickle paratha, first separate the remaining spices of mango pickle or chili pickle.
After this knead the flour. Knead the dough a little loosely so that the parathas can be made good.
After this peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder and garam masala to the potatoes and mix them well.
Fill this mixture in a dough ball and then roll it in the same way as you roll potato paratha.
After this, you have to apply pickle spices on it. After doing this, you can roast the paratha in the same way as you would.
You can bake it with the help of ghee or oil. Serve hot pickle paratha with green chutney.
