Grated Paneer – 1 cup
Boiled mashed potatoes – 1 cup
Chopped Coriander – 2 cups
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste
2 chopped green chilies
Oil – as required (for frying)
All purpose flour – 3 tsp

Ingredients for making Gravy
Oil – 2 tsp
Tomato – 2 medium sized
Green chili – 2
Ginger-garlic paste one teaspoon
Asafoetida – a pinch
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – as per taste
Cream – 1/4 cup
Flour – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste
Chopped Coriander – 2 tsp

how to make kofta
Mix all the ingredients of the koftas by adding half a teaspoon of all purpose flour and prepare small koftas out of it. After this, prepare a solution by adding water to the remaining flour. Now heat oil in a pan and put the prepared koftas in the hot oil. Then fry them till they become golden and then take them out from the pan.

to make gravy
To make gravy for kofta, first prepare tomato and green chili paste. After this, make a paste by mixing cream and flour. Then heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds. After this, add tomato puree, coriander, turmeric and red chili powder to it. Then cover the pan and let it cook on medium flame for some time. When tomato puree is reduced to half, then add cream, flour mixture and salt to the pan. After this, add a cup of water to it and cook for some time again. Then add garam masala powder and coriander leaves to it. Cook it for two minutes and then add the prepared koftas to the gravy. After it comes to a boil, take it off the flame.
