Ingredients for Kashmiri Paneer
Paneer pieces – 1 cup
Milk – one and a half cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Cumin – half teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Bay leaves – 2
Saunth powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste
Saffron – a pinch
to make powder
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 3
Fennel – 2 tsp
Fenugreek – 1 tsp

How to make Kashmiri Paneer
To make Kashmiri Paneer, first make powder of cloves, cardamom, fennel and fenugreek. After this, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and the prepared powder of these spices. After that add milk to it and boil it. When the milk starts boiling, add turmeric powder, dry ginger powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves and saffron and mix it. Cook it on low flame, so that it does not boil. Then put the paneer pieces in the pan. After this, when the milk starts boiling, add salt to it and keep cooking it on low flame till the paneer becomes soft. After this, take it off the gas and garnish it with green coriander and serve it hot with plain rice and chutney.
