8-10 beans
a small cabbage
a carrot
a cup of mushrooms
one cup basmati rice
कप cup peas
3-4 cloves and black pepper
2-3 small cardamom
a large cardamom
a piece cinnamon
half teaspoon cumin
a bay leaf
50 grams butter
two cups of water
salt to taste
two tablespoons lemon juice

How to make Mix Vegetable Pulao
First, cut all the vegetables into small pieces and keep them aside.
Take a pan and keep it for heating. Add butter or ghee to it, add rest of the spices and stir for 2 minutes.
Now add finely chopped onion and cook it till it turns golden brown.
Now add all the vegetables in it and fry them well for 5 minutes.
When the vegetables become a little soft, add rice to it.
Cook by mixing all the things well. Now add salt according to it and stir again.
Now add water, lemon juice to the pan and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn off the gas and do not remove the lid of the casserole for some time.
