Ingredients for making Mutton Seekh Kebab
2 cups mutton mince
oil – as needed

for marination
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/4 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp green chilli (finely chopped)

to grill kebabs
oil for brushing
Spice
lemon slices

How to make Mutton Seekh Kebab
Take out the meat in a large bowl. Add vinegar and fenugreek leaves to it. Now add ginger and garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder as per taste. After this add green coriander and green chilies to it. Now keep this mixture in the fridge for 5 hours. 25 minutes before serving, apply the meat mixture in the skewer and then bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Apply little oil on them and cook for the next 2 minutes. Take out the kebabs comfortably from the skewers and place them in the serving dish. Garnish with chaat masala, onion and lemon slices and serve with green chutney.
