Ingredients for making Sheer Khurma
5 cups pudding cream milk
50 grams vermicelli (roasted) broken into small pieces
50 grams (dry) coconut (grated)
1/2 cup sugar
2 green cardamoms
2 tbsp dates
1/2 tsp khus
2-3 silver work
How to make Sheer Khurma
Take a pan and put ghee in it.
Add almonds, raisins and pistachios and fry them.
Take ghee in another pan and fry the vermicelli in it.
In a large pan, cook the milk on low flame so that it becomes thick.
Add sugar to it and cook it again on low flame.
Mix dates and saffron with roasted vermicelli and dry fruits.
Mix it well on low flame. Add cardamom powder to it.
Let it cool, garnish with dates and serve.
