Ingredients for Chicken Korma
1/2 kg chicken
1 cup oil
2-3 ghee
8-10 cardamom
6-7 cloves
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tablespoon chili
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 cup curd
2 sliced ​​onions (fried, ground with curd)
1 tsp garam masala
Saffron (mixed with 3 tsp water)
Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Chicken Korma
To make Chicken Korma, heat ghee in a pan. Now add cardamom, clove, garlic and fry it well. After this add chicken to it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep running it continuously. Once it turns brown, add coriander and red chili powder to it. Then add salt as per taste. Now add a mixture of ginger paste, curd and fried onions to it. Let it cook for a minute. After this add garam masala and saffron. If you find the gravy thick, add some water before covering it. The masala will mix well with the chicken. Cook it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep running it in between. Your Chicken Korma is ready. Now garnish it with green coriander and serve hot.
