Zomato is raising Rs 9375 crore from its issue. In this, there was a fresh issue of Rs 9000 crores while there was an offer for sale of Rs 375 crores. Infoedge, which holds the largest stake in Zomato, has sold shares worth Rs 375 crore in an offer for sale.

If the shares are not found, then when will the money come
Let us tell you that the allotment of company shares will be done on July 22 i.e. tomorrow. If the shares will not come in your account, then your money will be removed from the freeze in the account by July 23. If you have received shares after allotment, then they will start appearing in your demat account on July 26. The listing of Zomato shares is on July 27.

>> Now enter your DP ID or Client ID or PAN.
>> If you have application number then click on application type.

>> After that submit the Captcha.
>> Here you will see the complete details of allotment.
>> If the share is not allotted to you, then the refund will come in the next two days.

>> If you want to check the status through BSE, then you have to click on the link https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.
>> Now select on Equity and dropdown.
>> Click on the name of the Zomato share.
>> Here you have to enter Application Number, DP ID/Client ID or your PAN.
>> After that click on the search button.
>> After filling all the information correctly, the status of the application will be displayed.

how was the performance
The company’s average order value was Rs 279 in Fiscal Year 2020 which increased to Rs 398 in 9 months of Fiscal Year 2021. During this, the discount has come down from Rs 21.7 to Rs 7.3. In the last few months, the income of Zomato has increased rapidly. Its income in the first three quarters of Fiscal Year 2021 was Rs 1367 crore.
