Ghaziabad Development Authority will bring a scheme on the border named Indirapuram Extension– News18 Hindi

Ghaziabad. Uttar Pradesh’s first residential landpooling scheme will come up in Indirapuram, a colony adjacent to the Delhi border. It has been approved at the government level. Now the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) GDA has started preparations to develop this scheme. GDA has high hopes from this scheme, because this scheme is close to Delhi. Also, commuting to Delhi has become easier after the widening of NH 9. There is every possibility of increase in the revenue of GDA from this scheme.
Indirapuram expansion plan to be developed under the landpooling scheme will be in 40 acres only. For this, the government has given approval to the planning department. Satellite survey has already been done for this scheme. After getting approval from the government, GDA is conducting its physical survey. After the completion of the survey work, the layout will be prepared, after which the work on the plan will start at the ground level. According to GDA officials, the development work on the scheme will start by the end of this year.

The GDA started work on the scheme named Indirapuram Vistaar about six years ago. At that time there was a preparation to bring 365 acres of land under this scheme. But but many farmers went to court. In fact, the GDA does not have enough money to compensate the farmers under the new land acquisition law. That’s why the GDA withdrew its hands.

Now only 90 acres of land is left here, out of which 30 acres is being taken out of the scheme. It is being denotified soon. After this, only 60 acres of land will be left, out of which GDA wants to take 20 acres separately. In this way, the landpooling scheme will be developed in only 40 acres.
