1 cup meat minced
1/4 cup coriander, fresh
1 tsp coriander powder
1 serrano pepper
1 large tomato
1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 cups rice flour
1 tsp Schezwan black pepper or black pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
oil and vinegar
1 tbsp oil
betel nut crushed
1 tsp cumin, powder
4 tbsp paneer
3/4 cup water
Recipe for Nepali Pizza ‘Chatmari’:
To make Nepali pizza ‘Chatmari’, mix rice flour and water together in a bowl until you get a thin batter.
In another bowl, use the meat if using onion, cilantro, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, ginger-garlic paste, serrano and two eggs.
Now heat oil in a pan with a lid. If you want, you can also use a non-stick pan.
Now take the batter from the bowl and spread a 6-inch thick pizza-like base on a non-stick pan.
Apart from this, put the prepared mixture of meat on top of it. Break an egg on top of it.
Put a tsp of grated paneer on top of it.
Now cover the non-stick pan or kadhai and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
– Serve hot only. Serve with chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander on top.
