Ingredients for Vrat Wale Dahi Aloo
2 tablespoons ghee
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 to 3 potatoes (boiled)
1/2 tsp rock salt
1 green chili (chopped)
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorns
2 tsp Kattu flour
1 cup curd
1 cup water
How to make Vrat Wale Dahi Aloo
Put ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add cumin seeds and fry it. Add crushed black pepper and fry it. Now add boiled potato pieces and rock salt and mix it. Pan fry the potatoes. Heat ghee in another pan also. Add cumin, green chili, ginger and crushed black pepper to it. Fry them and add kattu flour to it. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add a cup of curd to it and also add a cup of water to it. Stir it well and let it cook. Now add fried potatoes and mix it. Serve garnished with green chilies.
