Spinach – 600 grams
Potato – 4
Peanuts – 150 grams
Green chili – 6 finely chopped
Onion – 3 finely chopped
Gram flour – 150 grams
Chaat masala – half teaspoon
Garam masala – half teaspoon
salt – as per taste
Oil – as required
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

How to make Palak Kebabs
To make Palak Kebab, first wash and clean the spinach and then make a paste out of it. After this mash the potatoes well. Then, apart from spinach and potatoes, add coriander leaves, gram flour, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, onion and peanuts and mix it. Then make this paste in the shape of small kebabs.
