On June 30, K Jai Singh Dhami, a resident of Darchula district of Nepal, was trying to come to India with the help of a wire in Gasku. But during that time he died after falling in the Kali river. Dhami was accompanied by 5 other Nepali citizens. Who had informed the SSB about the incident. The SSB says that their soldiers searched for Jai Singh, but he did not fall anywhere in the strong flow of Kali.

Anti-India campaign intensified in Nepal after the incident
Various organizations in Nepal blamed India’s Border Security Force for the incident. Nepali organizations allege that the SSB cut the wire, due to which Jai Singh fell into the river. In Nepal, this matter is continuously gaining momentum. The Government of Nepal has formed an investigation team under the leadership of Assistant Secretary of Home Ministry Janardan Gautam to investigate the matter.

The team consists of Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Prahari, Director of National Research Department and Senior SP of Armed Sentinel Force and Assistant DM of Darchula District. The investigation team met various people in Darchula. Along with this, information about the incident was also obtained from Nepali media and agitating representatives. The Nepalese investigation team also reached Gasku, India after getting permission from India. where this incident took place. The investigation team has done a detailed study of the spot.

Illegal to enter India via telegram
Mahendra Pratap, the commandant of the 11th Corps of SSB, says that the people of both the countries were forbidden to cross the river through the wire. He said that movement through wire is completely illegal. Jhulapuls have been made for the movement between the two countries. At the same time, the SSB commandant made it clear that if any person is caught crossing the Kali river with the help of a wire, then strict action will be taken against him.
