Maggi – 2 packets
Tomato (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Capsicum (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Green peas – 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Carrot (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Dry red chili – 2-3
Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – 2 cups
How to make Punjabi Tadka Maggi
To make Punjabi Tadka Maggi, first take a pan and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add tomato, capsicum, onion, carrot and peas in it. light all these
Cook till hot. Now add Maggi masala, garam masala and a little salt and mix it well. When this masala is cooked well, then add 2 cups of water to it.
Boil the masala and water for about a minute and then add Maggi noodles to it. Now cover the pan for some time. When Maggi is almost cooked, take another pan and put butter in it.
After the butter is hot, add garlic and dry red chilies to it. When it starts crackling, add Kashmiri chili powder to it and after mixing it all, remove it from the flame.
By the time you have done this, the Maggi will be well cooked. Take it off the flame and now add the prepared tempering to it. Then mix it well and serve it hot.
