New Delhi. Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has said that the government has completed the spectrum harmonization process within a few days of the completion of the 5G spectrum auction. For greater efficiency, the respective spectrum available with companies within a particular band is corrected.

Vaishnav said that the government is working to timely allot the spectrum taken by the companies in the auction. The allotment will be done by August 12. The process of approval in this regard from the committee of secretaries has also been completed. Vaishnav said, “We are moving forward on the promise we have made to allot spectrum by August 12. Things are on time.”
